Emily Lessard runs a design studio in Brooklyn that specializes
in book, print, identity, and web design. Her design practice produces unique and compelling design that responds to a client's content
and needs. Emily has experience working directly with artists, curators, and business owners to produce beautifully designed objects.

Emily has over 10 years of design and photography experience. Previously, she worked at Ogilvy & Mather in the Brand Integration Group. Prior to Ogilvy, she worked at Heavy Meta, a New York design firm. Her work included rebranding for Purchase College and the Neuberger Museum of Art, exhibition design for the New York Historical Society, and numerous book and publication designs.

She was recognized as one of the “20 Best Designers Under 30” by Print magazine in 2007. Emily has won design awards from Adobe, the AIGA, The American Museum Publications Association, The American Association of Museums, The Art Directors Club, and The Society of Publication Designers.

Emily holds a Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Yale University School of Art. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
